By downloading and using DE-BLOCKS, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Service Description
DE-BLOCKS is an arcade puzzle mobile game available on iOS. The application offers 30 free arcade levels and a Marathon mode accessible via a one-time in-app purchase.
3. In-App Purchases
- DE-BLOCKS offers a single in-app purchase ("Premium") that removes all ads and unlocks Marathon mode.
- Purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. All transactions are subject to Apple's terms.
- The purchase is permanent and lifetime, linked to your Apple ID.
- You can restore your purchase on any device connected to the same Apple ID.
4. Advertisements
The free version of DE-BLOCKS displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Premium users see no advertisements.
5. Intellectual Property
All elements of DE-BLOCKS (code, graphics, sounds, music, design) are the property of GEDEONWEB and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification or distribution is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
DE-BLOCKS is provided "as is". GEDEONWEB does not guarantee that the application will be free of errors or interruptions. In no event shall GEDEONWEB be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the application.
7. Modifications
GEDEONWEB reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
